Final Thoughts
It’s not at all surprising that Warhammer 40K is crossing over into other mediums. The fact is game has been experiencing a renaissance as of late, with record sales thanks to a new 10th edition, the success with the recent Rogue Trader video game, and plans for an upcoming Amazon series with Henry Cavill. There’s also growing buzz over the upcoming Space Marine 2 video game.
Notably Call of Duty is a series which has collaborated with some pretty off-the-wall brands, including rapper Nicki Minaj and more recently The Boys TV series. Additionally, CoD previously crossed over with Diablo III, a game which has its own fair share of grim dark overtones.
