New 2024 Warhammer Store Anniversary Swag Unveiled

Each year, Games Workshop locations around the world put on a nine-day event designed to celebrate the the hobby. While the dates vary per location, these Warhammer store anniversary celebrations include exclusive free miniatures for 40K and Age of Sigmar, along with new swag such as dice bags, apparel and other collectibles.

2024 is no exception, with Games Workshop recently unveiling the new figures and accessories that will be available in the coming year during the Warhammer store anniversaries. Below we break out all the details.

What Free Warhammer 40k mini Is Available in 2024?

This year, Games Workshop has unveiled that the free Warhammer 40K miniature given away during the store anniversary celebrations will be a new T’au Ethereal.

This miniature, entitled Invocation of the Elements, is a member of the Ethereal caste of the T’au Empire, the ruling elite that command the Fire, Earth, Air, and Water Castes. While their staff is embellished with each of the other caste’s insignia, the jar they carry in their other hand emits a choice of four fumes themed after each element, while the model itself stands atop a ruined aquila (suggesting that the T’au are fighting on an Imperial world).

What other Swag is AVAILABLE FOR 2024 STORE ANNIVERSARIES?

In addition to the new 40K Ethereal miniature, Warhammer stores around the world will be offering the following free swag:

  • A new Age of Simar mini entitled Brakki of the Gilded Key
  • Two metal pin badges (one Chaos Warrior and one Blood Angels Space Marine)
  • A folding dice tray developed by the UK accessory company All Rolled Up
  • A metal bookmark of a Space Marine Terminator helmet
  • A Warhammer branded backpack

How can you get the free Warhammer Store swag?

Technically, the Warhammer store anniversary items aren’t free. In the UK, you can snag one item for every £50 you spend, up to a total of £200, although the exact amount will vary depending on what country you live in (in the US you’re looking at dropping about $250).

It’s also important to note that the items are given away during your local store’s anniversary, which can vary even within the same city. You can use the Warhammer Store Finder to find the closest location and check with them to see when their anniversary is taking place in 2024.

Final Thoughts

It’s great to see Games Workshop keeping the Warhammer store anniversary tradition alive and offering up some pretty decent swag this year (notably, 2023 was also pretty solid when it came to minis and accessories).
